Panama City, Fl.....Judith Ann (Ashba) Owens, former resident of Anderson, passed away February 7, at Pamama City Beach DaVita Coastal Kidney Center.

She was born in Anderson, June 18, 1942, the daughter of Charles and Mary Lou Phort Ashba.

She was a graduate of Pendleton High School and retired in 1992 from Guide Division of General Motors.

She had been raised Southern Baptist and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #568 and UAW Local 663.

Survivors include her husband: James Owens, Sr. of Panama City, Fl, 1 daughter: Missy Drake of Greensferry, AR, 3 sons: Jim Owens (Kelli) of Anderson, Rob Owens (Faye) of Heber Springs, AR, Mark Ritenour (Summer) of Dunkirk, grandchildren: Monroe and Jamie Frazier, Kasey Ritenour, Tanner Owens, Kaylie Ritenour, Heather Michelle and Sean Ritenour, great grandchildren: Carmen and Mason Frazier and 1 brother: Larry Ashba (Wanda) of Anderson.

Funeral services will be held at 7:30 PM Saturday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville with Pastor Ron Branham officiating.

Friends may call on Saturday from 2-4 and after 5:30 on Saturday.

Eastern Star services will be held at 5:30 at the funeral home on Saturday.

Memorials may be made to the Daleville OES through the funeral home.
