Fay Ann Dwiggins

Fay Ann Dwiggins, 65, of Middletown passed away on Wednesday June 3, 2026. She was born on July 9, 1960, in Anderson to the late Harold and Marcella (Moore) Dwiggens.

Fay was a 1978 graduate of Shenandoah High School. She worked for Smurfit-Stone Container in Anderson for 15 years. She then became a loving caregiver for her mother and older sister. Fay’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren and babysitting. She enjoyed flower gardening, quilting and toy shopping for charities.

Fay is survived by her daughters, Amanda Dwiggins and LeAndra Penn; grandchildren, Deken Kuhns, Adiah Coffman and Della Dwiggins; great granddaughter, Eden Hinshaw; sister, Jo Ann Poor; brothers, John Harold Dwiggens, Lee Dwiggens and Charlie (Christy) Dwiggens; nephews, Bradley Dwiggens and Seth McCrobie; niece, Victoria Dwiggens.

In addition to her parents Fay was preceded in death by her sister, Sally Ann Dwiggens and sister-in-law, Cathy Dwiggens.

Services will be on Wednesday June 10, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Middletown. Burial will follow at Mechanicsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Middletown Fire Department at 653 Locust Street, Middletown, IN 47356 and Middletown Food Pantry at 985 Beechwood Avenue, Middletown, IN 47356.
