Frances (Day) Kelly, 93, resident of Anderson and former resident of Middletown, passed away July 6, 2022 at Beaumont Healthcare in Anderson. She was born in New Castle, Indiana, November 14, 1928 the daughter of Chester and Jessie May Sorrell Day.
She was a graduate of Sulphur Springs High School (1946) and was a cheerleader. She attended Apex School of Beauty in Anderson and ran a beauty shop in Middletown for many years.
Survivors include her children Sheryl Pate (Jerry) and Beth Babb (Chet), 3 grandchildren, Ryan Isaacs (Adrienne), Casey Kelly (Grant) and Cade Kelly, former daughter-in-law Katrina Kelly and 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Raymond (Chalk) Kelly, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
Private services will be held at Miller Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to any Humane Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
