Geraldine "Jerri" Sue Weightman

Geraldine "Jerri Sue" Weightman, 84, of Anderson passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022. She was born on July 4, 1937 in New Castle, IN a daughter of the late Emerson and Josie (Mount) Osborne.
Jerri was a former member of the Sulphur Springs United Church of Christ. She was a resident of Shelbyville and New Castle growing up and she graduated from New Castle High School. Jerri loved going to the casino and playing bingo. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, being outdoors, and camping. She was a scout leader. She enjoyed being with her family and friends and loved visiting people unannounced. She loved all candy especially chocolate.
Jerri is survived by her 3 sons; Jeff (Lisa) Weightman, Gary (Mary Ann) Weightman, David (Jeannie) Weightman; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Weightman Jr.; sister, Rebecca Scott; and son, Billy Weightman.
Services will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Middletown with Phil Rogers officiating. Visitation will be at 12:00 pm until the time of the service.
