Kara Louise (Hall) Tharp, 56, passed away on January 10, 2022. She was born on July 2, 1965 to Roy and Betty (Hollingsworth) Hall.
She was an ordained minister in the church of the Nazarene. She had a passion for missions and leading others to Christ. After her love for God came her love to her family.
She loved to spend time with her dogs and sit around the campfire and playing cards with her kids and grandkids. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend for so many.
Survivors include her father, Roy Hall; brother, Page (Alice) Hall; daughter, Kirsta (Joe) Hiner; son, Karl (Janelle) Tharp; daughter, Kendra (Miki) Davisson; grandchildren; Leena, Abram, Layla, Gemma, Avery, Layton; other family, Allison Hall, Landon Hall, and Lorie Smith.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Betty Hall.
Services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, January 14, 2022 at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Middletown with Neal Peterson officiating. Burial will follow at Miller Cemetery in Middletown. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Southside Church of the Nazarene.
