Daleville....Nancy Ellen (Loftus) Neff, 69. resident of Daleville, passed away February 7, 2017 at IU Health/Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.She was born in Indiana, March 16. 1947, the daughter of Joseph and Martha Bennett Loftus. She was a graduate of Anderson Highland High School and had been a Homemaker most of her life.She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister: Sue Fairfield.Survivors are her husband: Ace Neff, Daleville, 2 children: Randy Neff of Florida and Karri Dailey of Daleville, 3 sisters: Barbara Lykins of Anderson, Michelle Grills (Rick) Anderson and Mary Kay Alvarez (Jerry) of Pendleton, 1 brother: Charles Loftus of Anderson, 1 grandchild, 1 grandson: Raymond Ace Dailey.A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown.
