Sandra was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on February 2, 1950. She passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve day while surrounded by her family in Decatur, Alabama at the age of 71. She was a current resident of Priceville, Alabama.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Lee Grat Butt and Mary Grace Butt, of Bluefield, West Virginia.
Sandra is survived by her husband of 53 years, Samuel (Sam) Ellison; her son Brad Ellison; and her daughter Jennifer Ellison, all of Priceville, Alabama. Her family and friends will remember Sandra as the most amazing, organized, beautiful, irreplaceable, loving woman that was always smiling and ready for a hug. She will be missed immensely by many.
